Deluxe egg salad recipe

 This classic egg salad gets an upgrade with hard-boiled eggs, cream cheese, celery, and a croissant! This unique egg salad sandwich is the best and easy to prepare!

So it's funny how I ended up loving egg salad sandwiches for lunch, considering the main ingredient is hard-boiled eggs. Sure, it's not only firm-boiled eggs, but that deifference is usually hard to pass on—as with kids, when you're try to get them to eat vegetables in their soup.

* Ingredients :

° 3 ounces soft cream cheese

° 2 tablespoons soft butter

° 2 tablespoons chopped celery

° 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (or more if desired)

° 1 teaspoon grated onion

° 1 teaspoon sugar

° 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

° 1/4 teaspoon salt

° 1/8 teaspoon pepper

° 6 hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped

° paprika (optional)

° Pickled dill taste

 * Directions :

1. In a medium bowl, mix cheese and butter. Stir until smooth.

2. Stir in celery, 1 tbsp. Mayonnaise, onion, sugar, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

3. Fold in the eggs.

4. Cover and let cool for an hour.

5. Serve on bread or croissants - sprinkle with paprika if desired.

Enjoy!
