INGREDIENTS:


+ A Prime rib-roast (with or without bone).


+ 1 TBSP.Of Garlic powder.


+ 1 TBSP.Of Ground Black Pepper.


+ 1 TBSP.Of Salt.


PREPARATION: 


+ Step 1: Preheat the oven to 500 °F. 


+ Step 2: Create a rub of garlic powder, salt, Black pepper, and add it to the rib-roast.


+ Step 3:Place the meat upside down in a shallow roasting pan with fat. 


+ Step 4:Roast at 550 for RARE at 5 minutes per pound, or for MEDIUM at 6 minutes per pound and for WELL DONE at 7 minutes per pound. 


At the end of cooking time, turn off the oven and DO NOT OPEN the OVEN for 2 hours. 


+ Step 5: Take the meat from the oven to slice when the 2 hours end, it comes out great every time you make it.
