Pico de gallo or “salsa fresca” is a sauce native to Mexico, ideal as an aperitif, it can also be used as a starter. Very easy to make, it consists of tomatoes, chopped fresh cilantro, white onion, lime juice and chili. A flavorful sauce, typical of Mexican cuisine, that will delight your guests during the summer!

INGREDIENTS :

° 3 tomatoes

° 1 bunch of coriander

° 1 white onion

° 2 limes (limes)

° 1 sweet pepper

 

PREPARATION:

 

Cut the tomatoes into small cubes. Chop the onion, chilli and fresh cilantro then mix everything together in a large bowl or salad bowl.
