Pecan Pie Brownies is a Thanksgiving dessert recipe, rich in chocolate and pecan pie you want all year round.I think we all agree that pecan cake is a must-have for Thanksgiving.I tried to change it, my peanut cake is very popular, so this year I wonder if I can make it again.Utilizing the most popular pecan serving, stickiness and pecan filling, this pecan pie is baked on a rich chocolate brownie.The chocolate pecan filling combination is better than the classic pecan cake.

ingredients:


° 1 box of brownie mix, should contain instructions for making 13 x 9 pans + ingredients listed on package
Pecan Pie Filling:
° 1 cup sugar
° 1 1/2 cups light corn syrup
° 4 eggs
° 1/4 cup unsalted butter
° 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
° 2 cups chopped pecans

* Directions:

 Preheat oven accord to brownie pack
Whisk together sugar, corn syrup, eggs, butter, and vanilla in a small saucepan.Put it on the stove and start cooking over medium heat, stirring constantly.

Methods :.Pour the brownie batter into a greased 13"x 9" pan and bake for 20 minutes in the oven. *See note about cooking time below
When the brownies are baked, the filling in the saucepan should be thick enough to cover the spoon (about 15 minutes).Add the walnuts to the mixture and continue to cook for 23 minutes until the mixture has the consistency of liquid oatmeal.It should be smooth enough to pour on the cake, but not runny.When the cakes are ready to bake, remove them from the oven, cover them with pecan pie filling, and then spread them to completely cover the cake.Put them back in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the filling moves slightly in the middle when you move the pan.Let it cool to room temperature before cutting.
